Remove all surface dust and debris to make a property ready for occupancy after construction or renovation. Touch every surface high or low, inside or outside. The primary focus is on construction dust removal. Remove drywall mud, cement splatter and paint; rinsing, wiping to ultimately remove all dust particles from every crevice and corner. More in line with phase two and three, we will consider offering removing large debris, a service more in line with phase one at a later date..

Phase One-Initial Rough Clean

The phase one cleaning will consist of the removal of debris and trash, stickers will be removed from windows and your property will be swept out and vacuumed to assure dirt and dust from the construction crew has been removed. This phase prepares your dwelling for the incoming subs for painting, flooring, fixtures and cabinetry.

Phase Two- Prep Clean

We come in and begin removing all stickers on appliances, fixtures, refrigerators, cabinets, and windows. We clean, dust and wipe down all baseboards, light fixtures, door frames, interior windows, and window ledges. Windows, glass, and mirrors will be cleaned. Floors will be swept, vacuumed and mopped accordingly to make sure your premises are prepared and more than ready for the punch list.

We specialize in Commercial job sites and work closely with your project management team, along with all contractors to schedule and assist on a timely completion.

Phase Three-Punch Clean or Final Clean

In this phase, all touch ups will be addressed and everything will be considered move in ready. We will be tasked with the removal of all construction dust, dirt, paint, stickers and make the home or building ready for certificate of occupancy and move in.

Floors are swept, interior windows cleaned, carpets vacuumed, floors mopped and any dust still remaining will be addressed. We wash and clean sinks, bathtubs, showers, commodes, mirrors, polish stainless steel and wipe walls in bathrooms and kitchens... all will be spotless.
